Soda Club

Twice a week, the Soda Club in the Kulturbrauerei in Prenzlauer Berg transforms into the Soda Social Club, a Salsa party in Berlin with multiple floors for Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and Rueda. Before each party, there's a dance instruction for all levels. For Salsa beginners, this means: dance instruction and party together for 8 Euros, no prior knowledge or fixed course required.

Soda Club: Salsa Party in the Kulturbrauerei

The Soda Club is located on the premises of the Kulturbrauerei on Schönhauser Allee in Prenzlauer Berg. Twice a week, the club transforms into the Soda Social Club, the Latin party under the motto La Vida Loca. The floors then bear their own names such as Club Cubano, Mambo Club, Salsa pa’ todos or Bachatéame mucho, with different DJs playing on each. In addition to Salsa, Kizomba, Bachata, and Rueda are played, with Mambo and West Coast Swing also featured on one of the two evenings. Thus, on the different floors, every style finds its audience, from Cuban Casino to linear Mambo.

Dance Instruction and Party for 8 Euros

Before each party, there’s a dance instruction for all levels; no prior knowledge is needed. Instruction and party together cost 8 Euros; those who only come for the party also pay 8 Euros and receive a 3-Euro drink voucher. This makes the Soda Club one of the most affordable places in Berlin to try Salsa under real party conditions. There are no fixed courses with multiple sessions here. Tickets are available at the box office, admission is from 18 years old. Lounges for six or ten people can be booked for groups.
