Bar, Gallery, and Spree Panorama All in One

The operating team simply couldn’t decide whether to open a bar or a gallery, so they combined both. The result is “meisterschueler” in Berlin-Mitte: a rooftop terrace bar with a gallery function directly on the Spree riverbank, within walking distance of Friedrichstraße. The upper floor offers panoramic views over the Spree, making every evening a small escape above the rooftops of Berlin. Inside, the walls are adorned with modern art, but the cool drinks taste even better outdoors with a magnificent view of the nearby Museum Island.

From Midday Coffee to the Meisterschueler Mule

At lunchtime, “meisterschueler” already opens its doors for a coffee or a refreshing drink during a break. In the evening, however, the bar clearly belongs to cocktails. The drinks are mixed by a very knowledgeable bar team. Particularly recommended is their own creation, the Meisterschueler Mule. It features a homemade ginger drink with fresh cucumber balls. In good weather, there are seats for about forty guests on the terrace. Additionally, there are twenty seats each in the bar area and in the event area, which is located half a floor below. A bar with a panoramic view that doesn’t feel like a tourist spot is rare in Mitte.
