The Festsaal Kreuzberg (ballroom Kreuzberg) was an institution in Berlin in terms of nightlife. The shock was great when the club burned down in 2013. It has reopened in 2017, under the same name, but at the premises of the now-closed White Trash in Treptow.

The Festsaal Kreuzberg (ballroom Kreuzberg) is now located in Berlin-Treptow. However, the owners decided to keep the name to demonstrate continuity. Originally, the nightclub, which was known for its visionary concert program, had its home in Skalitzer Strasse in Berlin-Kreuzberg. When the club burned down there in 2013, the horror and the grief of the devoted fans was great.

The owners found a new home for their club in the premises of the White Trash Fast Food, known for it’s rock’n’roll music, cowboy ambience and burger food. The new Festsaal Kreuzberg in Berlin-Treptow is nowadays not only to be understood as a nightclub, but as a multifunctional event venue. Rock and roll is not as much a main emphasis as it used to be at the White Trash, but fans will find quite compatible events, such as the musical “Rock’n’Roll Wrestling Bash” featuring a mix of Mexican Wrestling, Trash and Rock and roll sound.

Festsaal Kreuzberg serves food in the beer garden, which opens in the afternoon in good weather conditions at four o’clock in the afternoon. The unusual offer of the place is complemented by a connected tattoo shop.
