Buchkantine: Cozy Reading Café in Berlin

Since 2005, Buchkantine in Berlin-Moabit has been combining literature and gastronomy in one place. Located on the Spree, it invites you to enjoy and browse in its cozy interior or on the green terrace. The attached bookstore offers a lovingly curated assortment of fiction, children’s books, and non-fiction on history, philosophy, politics, economics, and society, as well as poetry, graphic novels, and cookbooks. The gastronomic offer ranges from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Mostly homemade dishes made from fresh, high-quality ingredients are served, preferably from organic, regional, and fair production. Coffee specialties are also available, as well as a selection of wine, spritz, beer, and other cool drinks.
