City Circle Purple Tour

The city tour City Circle PURPLE Tour in a yellow doubledecker bus traces the former Berlin Wall and takes you to the trendy Berlin of today.

The City Circle Purple Tour traces the course of the Berlin Wall, stops on the Berlin Wall Memorial on Bernauer Straße, Mauerpark and East Side Gallery. However the tour does not only follow the track of the Wall, it also shows lively Berlin neighbourboods of today like Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain, home to artists and the creative crowd and countless clubs and bars. Further stops are Hackesche Höfe and Berlin's most beautiful brigde, the Oberbaum Bridge.

A great advantage of the tour is its flexibility. You can either enjoy it in one go and stay for a good 2 hours on the yellow double decker bus. It's equally possible though to take a break from the tour, get off the bus and explore to continue later. Daily after 10:00 am there are 12 stops along the route. In the months between November and March the tours end at 05:00 pm.
