The charming boutique hotel i31 is centrally located at Invalidenstrasse 31, very close to the Museum of Natural History and not far from the main railway station. From the outside relatively inconspicuous, one is surprised how generous the interior looks, which opens to a beautiful garden with Buddastatue. The entire public area of the 4-star superior hotel is made of dark wood and appears large, spacious and elegant without being overloaded.
Rooms are available in different categories. The most unusual rooms are the Comfort Container Rooms, which are located on the 3rd floor on the roof of the outbuilding. The containers face the courtyard, are 25 square meters in size and are surrounded by a lovingly landscaped terrace and therefore in the inner city location in Berlin-Mitte certainly extraordinary.
This boutique hotel does not have its own restaurant, which is not absolutely necessary for a hotel in the city centre, but it offers a nice breakfast in various variations, with a view to the garden. At the chic bar, one gets until 1 a.m. various international cocktails (also non-alcoholic), good wines and champagne. During the day, one can also get some small snacks here. In the elegant bar area, small events like piano music, live singing or readings take place every now and then. The staff at the service desk is extremely friendly and well trained.
The house doesn't have its own spa, but it does have a fitness area and a spacious sauna area with a size of 100 sqm. Events such as Christmas parties can also be booked in the i31.
