Henri Hotel Berlin

The HENRI Hotel Berlin in Charlottenburg is a boutique hotel that captivates with Wilhelminian Gründerzeit charm, high stucco ceilings, and individually designed rooms. Located directly on Meinekestraße, just a few steps from Ku'Damm, Berlin hotel history lives on here.
The HENRI Hotel Berlin: Gründerzeit Meets Boutique Character
The HENRI Hotel Berlin Kurfürstendamm resides in an Art Nouveau building from 1880. This magnificent Gründerzeit house has been lovingly restored with attention to detail to preserve the charm of bygone eras: high ceilings, artistic stucco decorations, classic wooden floors, and stylish vintage furniture characterize the design of the rooms. Interior designer Marc-Ludolf von Schmarsow combined the characteristic signature of the HENRI Hotel with the Wilhelminian elegance of a former city palace. The result is not a museum, but a lively, individual boutique hotel that offers its guests a true home away from home.
The rooms and salons of the HENRI Berlin are furnished with great attention to detail. They vary in size, but each room is equipped with stucco elements, wooden floors, and valuable antiques from the Wilhelminian era. All rooms also feature an in-room bar, a coffee and tea station, and a refrigerator. A total of 72 individually designed rooms are available, combining antiques from the Wilhelminian period with high-quality furnishings. Each room is unique with special design elements.
Berlin Hotel History to Touch
Those who look closer will discover even more at HENRI. The Hotel Bogota in Charlottenburg was once an institution of the Berlin bohemia. Today, the cellar of the HENRI Hotel houses arguably the city’s smallest museum, with numerous relics of the old Bogota. Furthermore, guests can stay in special themed rooms that pay homage to Hotel Bogota or reflect early counter-movements of the 20th century. This is a unique selling point that no other Berlin boutique hotel can offer.
The HENRI Lounges and the in-house kitchen are authentic and cozy. Here, guests meet for breakfast, a drink, traditional Abendbrot (evening meal), or lively conversation. In the evenings, the hotel’s own bar and cozy salon also offer the opportunity to round off the day with a selection of drinks and small snacks during the “Happy Henri Hour”. For those who want to venture outside the hotel: The HENRI is not far from Zoo Berlin, the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, and the C/O Berlin Photography Museum.
