Learn languages while the holidays are on

The language play school was founded in 1997 and has been active in Berlin since 2001, thus boasting almost three decades of experience in early childhood language education. The concept is remarkably simple: children arrive in the morning, immerse themselves in a language all day, and learn without it feeling like learning. The camps are conducted entirely in English or German, and no prior knowledge is required. After daily excursions in the morning, the afternoon focuses entirely on children’s language use through age-appropriate activities and games. Excursion destinations such as the nearby Volkspark, Britzer Garten, water playgrounds, or the Berlin Zoo are part of the program. At the end of each camp week, there’s even a small performance for parents, presenting some of what has been learned.

Play-Language Course Daycamp: Packages, Age Groups, and Locations

The program targets two distinct age groups: children aged 4 to 7 years and 8 to 12 years, each booking suitable weeks in English or German, both costing 329 Euros per week. Children are divided into age-appropriate groups: the younger ones play, listen to stories, and draw, while the older ones discuss more complex topics in the foreign language. A daily lunch is included in the price. For those who want to start even earlier: during the summer holidays, early supervision is available upon request, where children can play and learn under expert supervision even before 9 AM. In the summer holidays 2026, the program runs from June 8 to August 28, 2026. The Daycamps are held at several locations: at the main location in Wilmersdorf (Wexstraße) and in Prenzlauer Berg, both easily accessible by subway. Due to high demand, early booking is recommended.
