Creative Camp at Clavis School: Art Instead of Boredom During Summer Holidays

Clavis School for Art and Science was founded in 2022 by parents and educators and has since offered one of the strongest holiday programs for children in Berlin. The 2026 summer camps run from July 13 to August 21, where children work on project-based artistic practices, discover themselves, and develop visual skills. Clavis holiday camps are not just holiday childcare, but full-fledged artistic projects that broaden the educational experience of young people. The offerings range from fine arts to fashion design, multimedia, photography, manga and digital drawing, to animation studio and theater.

Packages, Age Groups, and Arrival

The programs are organized by age group and can be flexibly combined: morning (9:30 to 12:30) and afternoon (13:00 to 16:00) can be booked individually or together. Most camps are designed for children between 8 and 11 years old, while the character design or manga camp is for 10 to 16-year-olds. The morning and afternoon packages each cost 198 Euros per week, while the full-day package is 298 Euros. All materials are provided, and those staying all day receive a warm, vegetarian lunch daily. There is also a 10 percent sibling discount for the second sibling. Each camp concludes with a final event where children present their results in the form of a cinema premiere, exhibition, fashion show, or project presentation. The school at Immanuelkirchstraße 4 in Prenzlauer Berg is easily accessible by public transport, with the Eberswalder Straße U-Bahn station being the closest.
