In the rustic ambience of the historic Jungfernmühle in Berlin-Buckow, lovers can enjoy a romantic Valentine’s Day menu on 14 February 2019.

With a light starter consisting of winterly leaf salads with wine pears and caramelized nuts, the couples will be attuned to their romantic Valentine’s menu. The main course is served with fillet skewers of veal and pork, baked potatoes and beetroot vegetables with yoghurt and cumin. Or you can choose the meatless version with a vegetarian dish, port wine shallots and ricotta grilled tomatoes. For dessert there is crème brûlée with Cassissorbet as a sweet temptation.

The restaurant in a historic wind mill is part of the Wiesenstein restaurant group, which specialises in southern German cuisine in Berlin. Wiesenstein invites guests on a culinary journey to the south of Germany with traditional dishes that have been reinterpreted in collaboration with star chef Peter Frühsammer. To the group belong four restaurants: the above mentioned restaurant Jungfernmühle in Buckow, the restaurant Zum grünen Baum in Berlin-Wannsee, the Restaurant Viktoria Luise in Schöneberg and the Waldschänke in Berlin-Tegel, which all serve the above menu on Valentine’s Day.
