The taglerini, die tagliatelle and pappardelle are made from specially imported hard wheat flour on the premises and get ventilated at 6-8° C. Teh guests can marvel at this pasta artwork in the entrance in a special pasta display.
But also rigatoni, fusilis and even the Abruzzi square spaghetti alla chitarra are made right here. Both lunch guests and and the visitors of the Schaunühne in the evening appreciate that – the theatre is just on the opposite side of Kurfürstendamm on Lehniner Platz.
