A special grill, reaching up to 800° C, serves to prepare the fine meats, cut as fillet, entrecote, porterhouse or chateaubriand. The high temperatures makes the meat seal its surface with a caramelized crust while retaining its juiciness inside.
As a side, you can have cream mushrooms, port jus and potato gratin apart from the classical combo of steaks with fries.
You can enjoy your food either under the big chandelier in the restaurant or also on their nice terrace outside when the sun is out.
