Six types of soup are available, and each can be ordered in several variations. The space is brighter and tidier than its location on Hermannstraße might suggest, and a terrace is added in summer. The three soup families of the house are Phở with flat rice noodles, Miến with glass noodles, and Bún with round rice noodles. Each is available with chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu, making the menu open to vegetarian guests as well as everyone else. In addition, there are Thai soups as appetizers, such as Tom Kha Gai with coconut milk and galangal or the spicy-sour Tom Yum Gung with shrimp.
