A total of 4 courses follows in the “Candle Light Dinner for Two”, will all courses specially composed for the lovers. One menu for example might look like this: froth soup of cress with fried scallops, a halibut fillet in a crispy potato coat, veal medaillion with a mushroom risotto to finish with a chocolate soufflé with marinated berries and a vanilla-croquant parfait, of course all accompanied by the corresponding wines.
