From November 30 to December 26, 2025, Brasserie Colette Tim Raue in Berlin's Wilmersdorf will serve a festive 4-course Christmas menu. Guests will enjoy a whole duck, carved directly at the table, with chestnut dumplings, red cabbage salad, cranberry jus, and croissant butter.
