Hot Yoga Berlin: Warming Up at 40 Degrees
At an ambient temperature of around 40 degrees and powerful sequences, Hot Yoga shows that yoga is more than just relaxed stretching. The warmth brings the body to operating temperature faster, sweating is part of the program, and the risk of injury decreases. During the cold season, the studio thus becomes a reliably warm refuge.
Yoga und More is located in Charlottenburg, on Knobelsdorffstraße 34. Classes run seven days a week, plus private lessons, workshops, seminars, and retreats. Founder Farhad Djabbari teaches with a team of experienced instructors, complemented by Ayurveda and life coaching.
More than Hot Yoga: Lounge and Spa at Yoga und More
In addition to Hot Yoga, the program includes Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mandala Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Pranayama, the latter focusing on breathing. There are separate classes for children, covering everything from beginners to advanced practitioners.
After class, guests can proceed to the lounge and spa area. There, body therapists work on tensions and stress. The in-house shop offers selected products related to yoga and body care.
