adidas SPORTS BASE BERLIN

At Schleusenufer 4 in Kreuzberg, adidas shows what fitness looks like when a sports brand gets serious: The adidas SPORTS BASE BERLIN combines a weight room, outdoor areas, community runs, and its own kitchen across 1,500 square meters. Those who sweat here do so with like-minded people and professional coaching.
adidas SPORTS BASE BERLIN: More than a Gym
Sure, the name adidas is on the door. But the SPORTS BASE BERLIN at Schleusenufer in Kreuzberg is far more than a brand experience. The concept is not a classic gym. Instead, it offers a holistic training program that appeals to both athletes and beginners. Whether strength training, dance, football, basketball, yoga, or community runs: the offering caters to all experience levels. Trained coaches lead each session. They set goals, design personalized training programs, and conduct units focused on long-term progress.
Particularly practical: With a free registration in the adidas app and membership in the adiClub, training sessions can be booked for free. Alternatively, access is possible via Urban Sports Club. You can also equip yourself before the workout: For training at the Sports Base Berlin, a pair of the latest adidas training, football, or running shoes can be borrowed for a test run.
Fitness, Food, and Community under One Roof
What truly sets the adidas SPORTS BASE BERLIN apart from other fitness locations in Berlin is its sense of community. In the Clubhouse, the heart of the location, you meet like-minded people in the cozy chill-area. After the workout, the LAB Kitchen helps out, serving fresh and nutritious dishes daily. It is supplied by Markthalle Neun, so the proportion of seasonal products from the region is correspondingly high.
Furthermore, a varied weekly schedule rounds off the offering. Medical Monday provides medical background knowledge, HIT Workout trains the whole body, and yoga classes ensure balance. On Sundays, there’s a particularly low-threshold entry: The “All You Can Train” offer allows you to try out various training units, runs, and the LAB Kitchen’s offerings for just 10 euros. Fitness with substance, right on the Spree.
