Anyone who has previously equated wellness with crowded changing rooms and strangers’ glances may rethink. wellnest opens its first Berlin location in Schöneberg at the end of June 2026. The building of the former RAW Tempelhof is a listed monument and offers exceptional architectural possibilities with ceiling heights of up to 10 meters. Modern spa design is integrated into the historic structure through an innovative „Raum-im-Raum"-system.

With a total of 20 Nests across approximately 2,500 square meters, this will be the largest wellnest location to date. The philosophy behind the concept is clear: true relaxation only occurs when you feel completely comfortable. That’s why everything at wellnest is designed for comfort, hygiene, and privacy. The hot tub is filled with fresh water upon entering the Nest and continuously treated. Additionally, there is a large selection of food and drinks that can be ordered via a tablet and delivered contactlessly to the Nest through a serving hatch. A carafe of water is always available free of charge.

How the Nest Concept Works

Booking is entirely online. Whether for two, three, or four hours, the Nests can be booked daily. With the so-called Vibes, the entire experience can also be personalized to different moods: light, music, meditation, food, drinks, body scrub, and sauna infusions are coordinated accordingly. On-site, guests decide at check-in whether they prefer a bio-sauna at 60 degrees or the Finnish sauna between 75 and 90 degrees. After that, the Nest belongs exclusively to them. Guests are also free to decide whether to stay in the Nest with or without swimwear.
