Feasting and reading are paramount at Café Bilderbuch in Berlin-Schöneberg.
Café BilderBuch, located on Aktazienstraße in Schöneberg, is simultaneously a café, a gallery, and a library. In front of the large bookshelves, you can cozy up in an armchair, almost feeling a living room atmosphere, and browse to your heart’s content! Furthermore, every Sunday on the Beletage, the crowning jewel of Café BilderBuch, there is a large breakfast buffet accompanied by cozy piano music.
Fruit salad with yogurt and honey, crispy rolls, olives, raw vegetables, a wide selection of cold cuts, and much more are lovingly arranged. In the cozy café, guests can choose between standard seating with tables and chairs or find a relaxing spot on one of the armchairs with their reading material.
Evenings at Café Bilderbuch are dedicated to cabaret and fine arts; every second Wednesday of the month, at 8 PM, there’s vocal jazz with free admission, and on Sundays, you might even enjoy live chansons.
