With great attention to detail, all sorts of GDR relics have been collected, which can be admired almost like in a museum. The dishes also harken back to that time: from Broiler (rotisserie chicken) to “false hare” (meatloaf), “Würzfleisch” (pork ragout), or “Jagdwurst-Jägerschnitzel” (hunter’s schnitzel with hunter’s sausage), every typical East German dish is available here. The delicious pizzas are named after cities like Dresden, Leipzig, or Potsdam.
