From November 11, 2025, Café am Neuen See in Tiergarten will serve whole free-range geese as part of its menu. Until January 31, 2026, visitors can enjoy freshly prepared goose by a crackling fireplace with views of the Neuer See. Potato dumplings, red cabbage with apples, baked apple, caramelized chestnuts, kale, and a rich jus complete the goose meal.
