ONO Spa

On the 11th floor of the Mandala Hotel at Potsdamer Platz, the ONO Spa offers a 600 square meter sauna area, Kneipp facilities, and a lounge with a fireplace and views over Berlin. Unique is the Iyashi Dôme, a Japanese infrared application under a heat dome. Two hours are sufficient for an introduction to the Day Spa, while the four-hour package includes a massage.

ONO Spa: Day Spa above Potsdamer Platz

The ONO Spa is located on the 11th floor of the Mandala Hotel on Potsdamer Straße. Spread over approximately 600 square meters, it features a sauna area with a Kneipp section, a fitness area, and a lounge with a fireplace, offering expansive views over central Berlin. The rooms are deliberately kept quiet, and mobile phones must remain switched off during the stay.

For guests not staying at the hotel, there are three Day Spa packages. The short option includes two hours of access to the sauna, lounge, and fitness area. The four-hour package additionally includes a 25-minute massage, organic dried fruits, nuts, and fresh fruit. On Fridays, weekends, and public holidays, there is also a full eight-hour spa day with a 50-minute massage and a two-course menu at the hotel’s QIU restaurant.

Massages and Iyashi Dôme

The massage menu ranges from classic full-body massages, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, and basalt stone massage to four-hand massages with two therapists simultaneously. Many treatments use natural cosmetics from Vitalis Dr. Joseph, such as the herbal stamp massage or the body wrap with alpine fango. A special feature is the Iyashi Dôme, a Japanese infrared application where you lie under a heat dome and sweat.

Bathrobe, towels, and slippers are provided, and the Day Spa package also includes body lotion and wellness water. Light dishes and drinks from the seasonal menu are served directly in the ONO Lounge. Those arriving by car can park in the hotel’s underground garage and take the elevator directly up to the spa.
