ManuTeeFaktur

While travelling ManuTeeFaktur owner Manu Kumar has learned about wonderful tea varieties and brought his expertise to Berlin where he opened his own tea manufactory.

ManuTeeFaktur, a small tea manufactory in Berlin-Kreuzberg, is something like a tea dream that has come true. The owner, Manu Kumar, has travelled extensively to tea growing areas to learn more about special teas and different preparations and blends.

He founded his own manufactory in a backyard in Berlin-Kreuzberg, where he cuts herbs, processes and dries spices, develops his own tea blends and creates his own teas. Especially his Chai has become legendary, which Manu produces according to an Indian family recipe.

Everything in ManuTeaFaktur is "truly man-made". The tea is homemade, filled into glasses or in summer as a cold drink ("liquid tea") or Kombucha tea in bottles and then provided with self-designed labels that Manu sticks to the bottles by hand. Actually, the owner is a trained architect and artist and has made his passion for tea his profession.
