Rausch Manufaktur

The traditional Rausch Manufaktur in Berlin-Tempelhof produces pralines, confectionery, and truffles in every conceivable variety and of the highest quality. What can be seen as the final product at Fassbender & Rausch’s chocolate house at Gendarmenmarkt is shown in its making in Tempelhof.

Chocolate products are made from precious fine cocoa. Fine means that only five percent of the world’s cocoa harvest meets this standard. These are pure premium chocolates from the best plantations in the world.

The exquisite sweets are produced with various fillings such as whiskey, rum, or orange cream. Small plates are available for visitors to taste. The bags with chocolate-covered cashews, chocolate-covered fruits, or almonds are exceptional.

Curious visitors can watch through the glass walls how the chocolate is made in the manufactory. Additionally, goods with minor cosmetic flaws can be purchased in the manufactory.
