Limonadier in Chamissokiez produces its own syrups, liqueurs, and infusions, and serves its own Bergmann Gin, matured in a Bourbon barrel with red vermouth. The menu features eighteen cocktails, thirteen gins, and seventeen whiskies. During Happy Hour, asterisked drinks cost 10.90 Euros.

Limonadier: Craftsmanship in Chamissokiez

Limonadier opened in 2012 at Nostitzstraße 12, in the Chamissokiez on the edge of Bergmannkiez. The bar is furnished in the style of the 1920s, with exposed brickwork, light wooden floors, and deliberately minimalist furniture, drawing the eye to the bar. The real difference from many neighboring bars lies behind this bar: the establishment produces its own syrups, liqueurs, and infusions. These include a hibiscus liqueur, a coffee liqueur, a fig liqueur, tonka and rosemary syrup, and a chili essence. Its own Bergmann Gin with 47.4 percent matures in a Bourbon barrel with red vermouth. Entry is permitted from eighteen years of age, the smoker’s bar and non-smoker’s lounge are separate, and an outdoor area is added in summer.

Eighteen Cocktails That Stand On Their Own

The menu remains clear: eight signature drinks, six classics, and four alcohol-free cocktails. The Kreuzberg Spritz combines dry gin with lime juice, the homemade hibiscus liqueur, ginger lemonade, and bitters. The Espresso Martini uses its own coffee liqueur and cold brew instead of a pre-mix. The Cristiano Ronaldo, with thyme-infused gin, Tawny Port, lime cordial, and pink grapefruit tonic, is the most unusual combination on the menu. The Pornstar Martini comes with draft Prosecco. In addition, thirteen gins, seventeen whiskies, eleven rums, tequila, and mezcal are available. Non-alcoholic options include homemade lemonades, such as tonka-pineapple and rosemary-grapefruit.
