Behind a green door in Gesundbrunnen U-Bahn station, a world of air-raid shelters, tunnels, and old cellars begins. The Berliner Unterwelten association has been leading tours through these facilities since the late 1990s, recounting Berlin's history from World War II to the Cold War.

The Fairy Tale Cabin in Monbijoupark is Berlin's secret winter highlight: In two rustic, original Galician wooden huts, changing fairy tale performances are staged for children and adults*. During the day, children immerse themselves in a world of stories, while in the evening it gets cheeky, modern, and exciting – with classic fairy tales, a campfire, mulled wine, and small dishes right by the Spree.

In the pop-up restaurant Fondette in the Rosenhöfe, guests can enjoy cheese fondue and raclette in original Swiss gondolas at wintertime.
