YogaWerk Berlin

In the backyard of the historic Postwerk in Tegel, YogaWerk Berlin offers one of the few yoga teacher trainings in northern Berlin: modern, undogmatic, and with a therapeutic Vinyasa focus. Those trained here receive an internationally recognized RYT-200 certificate from Yoga Alliance.
Yoga Teacher Training at YogaWerk: Modern, Mindful, Therapeutic
The yoga training at YogaWerk Berlin is undogmatic, modern, and mindful, with a special focus on a therapeutic Vinyasa Yoga Flow. While this might sound like marketing jargon at first glance, it accurately describes the program. All modules take place exclusively in-person at the Berlin studio, supplemented by an intensive week at a seminar house on Lake Müritz. So, if you’re looking for a yoga training in Berlin that emphasizes genuine community rather than distance learning, you’ve come to the right place. The total scope is 200 hours, divided into 125 in-person hours and 75 self-study hours, spread across seven weekend modules, an intensive week, and a final module. The intensive week is also recognized as educational leave.
Upon successful participation and passing the exam, graduates receive a 200-hour certificate according to Yoga Alliance guidelines, which qualifies them for international recognition as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and enables them to teach yoga worldwide. The training fee is 3,750 Euros gross, with installment payments available over ten monthly rates.
The Teaching Team and the Setting
What distinguishes the yoga training in Tegel from many others is the teaching team. Studio founder Christian has been a yoga teacher for more than ten years and brings several additional qualifications besides a 500-hour training, including Thai Massage and Yoga Therapy. Bettina Hartmann has been teaching yoga since 2008 and imparts her many years of experience against the background of the Ayurvedic perspective, for which the combination of yoga and Ayurveda forms the basis of a healthy and happy life. Additionally, there are other instructors with specializations in anatomy, medicine, and philosophy. The studio itself spans 200 square meters on the first floor of the Postwerk new building, and the clear design language of the space reflects the modern, straightforward yoga style taught here. In short: a yoga teacher training in Berlin that impresses both in terms of content and location.
