Designed in the style of a Roman temple, Saunarivm in Pankow features a Roman steam bath, Tepidarium, and Finnish sauna. This is a stylish way to prevent colds.
Shining mosaic tiles, small marble fountains, and antique-looking columns create the setting across 450 m², where every sauna enthusiast finds their perfect place to relax.
While the Roman steam bath has only 40 degrees Celsius but 100% humidity, the Tepidarium heats up with 60 degrees Celsius and 50% humidity. In contrast, the Finnish sauna offers dry-hot 90 degrees, with an infusion taking place every half hour.
The sauna experience is enhanced with integrated color light and aroma therapy, massages, or a beauty bath (e.g., honey-milk or cream-rose oil bath) in the whirlpool. Since the renovation in summer 2013, a tiled steam bath for 8 people with brine nebulization has also been added. After the sauna, cooling options include islands in the form of deluge, side, and bucket showers, as well as Kneipp hoses.
For relaxation in between, there’s the relaxation room, the bar, or the winter garden. The spacious winter garden houses the restaurant with a wide selection of drinks and food. Classic massages, hot stone massages, and wellness massages are offered for relaxation.
