Schloss Kartzow

The family-run Kartzow Castle in rural Brandenburg near Potsdam offers a wild romantic backdrop for any wedding couple who value splendor and a stylish atmosphere. The fully reconstructed ground floor of the castle offers various possibilities – from intimate wedding celebrations on a small scale to opulent festivities for wedding parties of up to 120 people.

With a guest count of 80 people or more, or for an additional charge, the castle can be exclusively yours. Smaller celebrations take place alongside the in-house hotel operations, but are no less extravagant. The cozy fireplace room or the small, light-filled garden hall offer a stylish and private atmosphere. A highlight for summer weddings, however, is especially the 150 m² terrace, which offers an enchanting view of the extensive park of the castle grounds.

The staff ensures first-class service and a smooth running of the festivities at Kartzow Castle, arranging the wedding entirely according to the wishes of the bridal couple. While the wedding guests enjoy the stylish ambiance during the champagne reception, the team prepares everything for a pre-selected high-quality menu or buffet. The bridal couple is also happy to be supported with tips for suitable locations for wedding photoshoots, professional childcare, shuttle service, and all other concerns. Owner Ina Sonntag once got married in the castle rooms herself and is happy to assist her guests with advice and support.
