Wellnesshotel Seeschlösschen: Ayurveda and Spa at Lake Senftenberg

The family-run Wellnesshotel Seeschlösschen in Senftenberg is located directly on the shores of Lake Senftenberg, with the Buchwalde swimming beach about 200 meters away. The hotel is particularly known for its Ayurveda center: A team of specialists from Sri Lanka guides introductory programs of three to six days and classic treatments such as Pancha Karma. The program is complemented by a naturopath who works with modern diagnostics and local herbal medicine.

5,000 Square Meter Spa with Maa Sauna and Private Spas

The spa landscape extends over 5,000 square meters both indoors and outdoors. An open natural stone fireplace burns by the indoor pool, while outdoors there is an outdoor pool, a natural swimming pond, and a wellness garden. The eight saunas include the wood-fired Maa Earth Sauna with 90 to 100 degrees, the Yrtti Herbal Sauna, and a stone bath. Four private spas, such as the Hamam with imperial bath or the herb room, are booked exclusively for two.

In the kitchen, Berlin star chef Alexander Koppe has been in charge since March 2026; the Sandak restaurant serves a five-course menu. There are also the Schlossteichstuben, a bistro with a cocktail bar, and the Lutki beach hut by the lake. Dogs are allowed in the hotel, and rental bikes are available for excursions through the lake district.
