The furnishing store was established in 1999 in the former administrative building of Dresdener Bank in Berlin-Charlottenburg and has since developed into the prime address for exclusive interior design. For over 25 years, it has been the center of Berlin’s Design District, spanning five floors at Kantstraße 17. The house has recently made significant investments: CBRE Investment Management has initiated modernization measures in the double-digit millions, including charging stations for electric cars in the underground garage, as well as a complete redesign of the main entrance and the gastronomy facilities. The building clearly remains in motion.

This makes LIVING BERLIN far more than an ordinary furniture store. The brand profile is particularly strong. Exclusive design brands include Auping, BoConcept, and Vitra, as well as Bang & Olufsen, Ligne Roset, and Möve. Furthermore, one can not only shop in style but also create lighting concepts, commission color planning, and get informed about the perfect combination of style and technology in state-of-the-art home electronics.
