Möbel Olfe

Möbel Olfe

Möbel Olfe near Kottbusser Tor calls itself a "Trinkhalle" ("Drinking Hall" ) and though a more alternative LGBT bar it's not only for lesbians and gays. The bar is located in a former furniture store.

The bar Möbel Olfe is located in the North-East of Berlin-Kreuzberg, fairly close to the U-Bahn station Kottbusser Tor. Every Thursday it is the meeting point of the more alternative part of the LGBT community. But also any other night of the week is a good choice for a trip to the "Olfe", the affectionate nickname used by many Kreuzberg regulars for the place.

Not only did the bar take over the location of an old furniture store, no, also the name was salvaged. The walls are only sparsely decorated and many walls are nothing else but naked, washed concrete, adding somewhat to the special charme of the place. A diverse event calendar and always new DJs provide for an entertaining evening on any night of the week.

Enjoy your after work beer in a relaxed atmosphere and chat with people from all over the world.
