Seenrunde südwestlich von Potsdam

From Potsdam, the bike tour passes Templiner See, Schwielowsee, Caputh, and Templin.
This bike tour is ideal for a leisurely outing with a road bike, city bike, or mountain bike, as it covers 32 kilometers from Potsdam, passing Templiner See, Schwielowsee, and through the small towns of Caputh and Templin. The tour starts directly at Potsdam Main Station. It leads through beautiful Potsdam, allowing one to admire the buildings and impressive architecture. The route continues along Breite Straße in Potsdam West, directly on the banks of the Havel.
The paved bike path passes idyllic, small harbors and repeatedly offers opportunities for a small coffee break or a snack right by the water. You also ride past the famous Luftschiffhafen in Potsdam, a sports facility built in honor of Potsdam’s Olympians.
The further route leads through wooded, shaded areas and past the western side of Templiner See and Schwielowsee, continuing south. In the village of Petzow, you can take a short break and visit the beautiful Petzow Castle, which has now been converted into a rental apartment complex. A few kilometers further, the Ferch lido is ideal for cooling your feet. In Caputh, there are also several options to refresh yourself and eat something delicious, whether in an inn, a restaurant, or a café. You can admire the magnificent Caputh Castle and enjoy a refreshing drink at the charming Café Barock.
After another segment through a forest area, you ride through Templin and from there towards Nordender on the other side of Templiner See back to Potsdam, where the tour ends again in front of the main train station.
