The Soup Kultur branches are the pioneers of soup bars. In 1999, Berlin's first bar opened directly on Kurfürstendamm.
Meanwhile, there’s even a second branch here. Additionally, soup lovers in Mitte can enjoy a Soup Kultur bar each at Alexanderplatz and Checkpoint Charlie. Fresh soups are prepared daily, and the menu changes weekly.
Soup Kultur offers Berlin stews and Thai coconut milk soup, Indian chicken soups, Andalusian gazpacho, and many more. The motto: nurture old traditions and introduce new creations. Cooking is done both according to classic recipes by Paul Bocuse (e.g., potato soup) and recipes by Israeli cult chef Yotam Ottolenghi.
