Located in a former building of Görlitzer Bahnhof in Kreuzberg, Berlin's first black light mini-golf course features 18 UV-lit holes across five painted theme rooms, from the Brandenburg Gate to an underwater world. A round takes about one to one and a half hours and costs 13 Euros. Ideal as an autumn activity in Berlin, as rain is not an issue here.
The "Bar Raval" at Görlitzer Park in Wrangelkiez, Kreuzberg, partly owned by actor Daniel Brühl (known for, among others, Good Bye, Lenin!), looks less Spanish-folkloristic than other tapas bars. It cultivates a minimalist Berlin design chic.
Görlitzer Park is the only park in Berlin with two designated barbecue areas: one opposite the artificial turf sports field, the second opposite the toboggan hill. Both are free of charge and can be used without prior registration, including gas barbecues. However, on May 1st, the district enforces a barbecue ban for the entire park every year, which should be kept in mind.
