Spread across 650 sqm, the Sivananda Yoga Center in Schöneberg offers not only relaxation but also a good workout for the entire body and legs. Over 60 yoga classes are available per week.

Six bright rooms and a garden with an asana platform ensure that even beginners feel immediately at home here. Beginners can choose between four-week introductory courses or weekend crash courses. Those who simply want to see and try out if yoga could be a suitable sport can participate in a free trial lesson without prior registration.

Several times a year, an Open Day is offered where you can learn about yoga. At the Sivananda Yoga Center Berlin, it’s not just about the sport itself, but holistically about changing lifestyle habits. Here, for example, you can also learn yogic cooking.

In addition to classic yoga instruction, the staff are always available to their guests with advice and individual support.
