Classic Hatha Yoga in the heart of Friedenau: The Sivananda Yoga Centre Berlin has been training body, mind, and legs since 1991. On 650 m² between Schöneberg and Steglitz, there are over 60 courses per week, from gentle to advanced.

Yoga for Beautiful Legs: What Makes Sivananda Yoga Centre Berlin Special

Anyone who thinks yoga is just relaxation on the mat is wrong here. Yoga exercises increase the flexibility of joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons, and stimulate circulation. Leg training happens almost incidentally. The Sivananda Yoga Centre in Berlin-Friedenau scores with spacious, bright yoga rooms, a yoga platform in its own garden, and an inviting reception area. This sets the atmosphere. Classic Hatha Yoga is central here, complemented by meditation and yoga philosophy. In summer, weather permitting, yoga classes take place on the yoga platform in the centre’s own garden. This sets it apart from many other studios in the city.

Sivananda Yoga Centre Berlin: Classes for All Levels

On an area of 650 sqm, the Sivananda Yoga Centre offers not only relaxation but also good training for the whole body and legs, with over 60 yoga classes per week. The offer truly caters to everyone. For beginners, there’s a choice of four-week introductory courses or weekend crash courses. Those who just want to try it out can also get in cheaply: If you simply want to see if yoga could be a suitable sport, you can attend a trial class for free and without prior registration. Drop-in classes can be booked flexibly, from extra-gentle to advanced. Additionally, multi-day yoga retreats take place several times a year in Brandenburg. So, if you want to get your legs, body, and mind in shape equally, you’ll find the right, long-term program here.
