Not only is the customer measured, but their current bike is also assessed. If desired, you can have your “old” bike perfectly adjusted afterwards or buy a new, custom-made one right away. The focus here is on individually adapted, high-quality touring bikes. But city bikes, folding bikes, and even tandems are also on offer.

This wide selection is rounded off by an excellent bike workshop service. Repairs within 24 hours and free loaner bikes as a replacement quickly help out of a jam. In addition, the velophil team organizes cycling trips and hosts riding technique courses, e.g., for mountain bikers.

Even after closing hours, velophil provides replacement bicycle inner tubes with a “Schlauchomat” (tube vending machine).
