Berlin students usually take their cycling test in the third grade. For adults who have never learned to cycle or feel overwhelmed by the urban traffic in Berlin, the cycling school for adults is the right place to go.
This special cycling school in Charlottenburg offers small group courses for three to nine people in a friendly atmosphere. Practice takes place in open courses, which you can join at any time from April to October. Dates are flexibly bookable, so even people on a shift system can find a course. Those who are particularly insecure can also book individual lessons.
Adults are introduced to cycling step by step. First, balance is trained on a special seated scooter for adults. Afterwards, it’s off to the traffic practice area with a rental bike. And finally, the first beginner’s bike tour through green Steglitz awaits. Supplementary courses such as technical courses (How and what can I repair myself) or theory courses are also offered.
