Resort Mark Brandenburg: Healing Brine and Lake Sauna in Neuruppin

The Resort Mark Brandenburg is located on the shore of Lake Ruppin in Neuruppin, with a glass corridor leading from the hotel to the Fontane Thermal Baths. Hotel guests can walk over in their bathrobes, and access to the thermal baths is included in the room price until the day of departure. The brine comes from Brandenburg’s only state-recognized healing spring and is sourced from a depth of approximately 1,500 meters.

The thermal landscape includes two outdoor brine pools with three to eight percent salt content, a brine floating pool, and a freshwater indoor pool. Additionally, there’s a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Laconium, two steam baths, a graduation tower, and an ice grotto. The resort is famous for its floating lake sauna on Lake Ruppin, the largest in Germany: After an infusion, you step directly into the lake from the sun deck.

Rooms with Lake View and Three Restaurants

Many of the approximately 130 rooms have a balcony with a lake view. Dining options include Restaurant Parzival, Seewirtschaft, or Bistro Seeblick, where Executive Chef Matthias Kleber cooks with regionally sourced products. A fitness studio and a course program provide opportunities for exercise, and boats can be rented directly in front of the hotel. Day guests can visit the thermal baths with time-based tickets, and dogs are allowed in selected rooms.
