Restaurant and Hotel Schloss Kartzow: Cuisine with Conviction

As impressive as the spa area is, the cuisine is equally remarkable. Head Chef Paul recommends exclusive creations, enriched with herbs from the castle garden, complemented by stylish service. The castle restaurant offers creative, regional 3- to 6-course menus by prior reservation. The establishment is a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and was awarded the “Best Young Chef in Berlin-Brandenburg 2017” prize. Accommodation is in eight double rooms, three junior suites, and three suites, all decorated in warm colors and individually designed in a modern style. Until 2021, the hotel was certified with four stars and has since been run as a private hotel – which only enhances the personal character of the stay. Wellness arrangements are available from 250 Euros per person in a double room, including spa access.
