The Inselhotel Potsdam, idyllically located on Hermannswerder island, offers various pampering options on Mother’s Day. On May 12, 2019, the kitchen will conjure up a festive Mother’s Day menu in the hotel’s own lake restaurant.

For the Mother’s Day festive menu, guests can choose between various main courses to create their own menu. As a starter, a fine beef fillet carpaccio is served with apricot-asparagus salad and tuna-lime cream. For the main course, you can choose between Skrei fillet with potato scales on baby spinach and caviar cream, or medallions of veal fillet with two kinds of port wine jus, a market vegetable bouquet, and a small potato-vegetable strudel.

For dessert, mothers will be pampered with a trio of noble Valrhona chocolate with rose water and a salad with strawberries and green pepper.

On Mother’s Day, the restaurant is festively decorated, and every mother receives a small gift from the house for Mother’s Day. Furthermore, you can delight your mother with a wellness voucher, as the Inselhotel has a beautiful Day Spa area for pampering.

The wellness and conference hotel is located on Hermannswerder island near Potsdam, surrounded by greenery on the banks of Lake Templin.
