Hotel-Resort Märkisches Meer: Sea-SPA on Lake Scharmützelsee

The Hotel-Resort Märkisches Meer is located in Diensdorf-Radlow on the eastern shore of Lake Scharmützelsee, a few kilometers from Bad Saarow. The 8,000 square meter complex consists of two connected buildings, the Pilot House and the Villa. The 44 rooms and suites face either the land or the lake side, with the largest being the 45 square meter Captain’s Suite. From the sunbathing lawn and the private beach, guests can directly access the lake, and boats can moor at the private jetty.

Sea-SPA with Lake View

The Sea-SPA in the villa measures over 700 square meters. From the indoor pool, you can gaze at Lake Scharmützelsee, and the Finnish sauna, heated to 85 degrees, features a large panoramic window overlooking the water. Additionally, there is a traditional “Stubensauna”, a steam bath, relaxation areas with swinging chairs, and a fitness room. The treatment menu includes massages, Ayurvedic treatments, peelings, and a beer bath for two in the couple’s tub, prepared with the hotel’s own beer. Day guests can use the Day-SPA during the week.

At Restaurant THEO’S, Märkisch-regional cuisine is served, and in the evenings, guests can relax in the Skipper Bar by the fireplace or on the panoramic lake terrace. With the hotel skipper, guests can enjoy boat tours across the lake or take a boat shuttle to the SATAMA Sauna Resort on the west bank, where hotel guests receive discounted admission. Bicycles and boats can be rented on-site.
