An unusual but all the more fun location for a graduation ball is the Stadion an der Alten Försterei.

The Stadion an der Alten Försterei has actually been the home stadium of 1. FC Union since 1920. For Berlin students who have successfully completed their Abitur, it also serves as a cool graduation ball location with a sporting touch.

The graduation ball package, which the Alte Försterei has put together as a possible itinerary for the graduates, includes a drink reception in the Mixed Zone in the afternoon, during which time guests are admitted to the stands.

This is followed by the festive address, welcome, and certificate distribution via the stadium’s sound system. In the early evening, the buffet is opened. Students can put together their buffet from various appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Possible appetizers include Kassler salad with pearl onions or tomato-mozzarella salad; for main courses, you can choose fish, meat, or a vegetarian option; and for dessert, sweet classics like strawberry tiramisu or panna cotta with mango puree beckon, to name just a few examples.

Once everyone is full and in the mood for a party, the bars are opened on a self-pay basis, and dancing can begin. Friends are also allowed to join the party if desired. A DJ with sound and lighting system and the right party lighting are part of the offer, as are service and bar staff, security, chefs, electricity, water, and final cleaning.

The Alte Försterei can host a graduation ball for 100 to 600 graduates.
