Menü zum Muttertag im Mövenpick Hotel Berlin

The Mövenpick Hotel Berlin has prepared a lovely 3-course Mother’s Day menu for May 12, 2019. It will be served from 18:00 in the hotel’s own restaurant.

The lovingly planned menu begins with a potato-asparagus foam soup with smoked salmon crepe, green asparagus ragout, and herb sour cream. For the main course, there are medallions of veal fillet, wild garlic jus, creamy asparagus ragout, and potato-chervil puree. For dessert, mom will be spoiled with a jellied strawberry wine soup, sweet woodruff mousse tartlet, seasonal berries, and honey-sesame tuile. Reservations for this menu are recommended.

The Mövenpick Hotel Berlin is a modern 4-star superior hotel located at Anhalter Bahnhof, not far from Potsdamer Platz. It is therefore very centrally located and excellently connected to public transport. The hotel has a special flair as it is situated in a former Siemens building.
