I paid attention to whether the offering is really topped up fresh or whether by the afternoon only leftovers remain, whether there is enough choice for vegetarians and vegans too and whether the coffee keeps up. And because brunch needs time, it mattered to me that you are not politely ushered from the table after an hour.
