Snowtropolis

The indoor ski hall Snowtropolis in the Lausitz area ensures winter fun in Brandenburg!

When you are in Berlin you don't have to travel to Bavaria or Austria for some skiing fun anymore. You can experience skiing fun at just a day trip away at the Snowtropolis indoor ski hall in Senftenberg, Brandenburg. Beginners and advanced snowboarders and skiers can ski down the 130 m long ski slope at the weather-independent ski hall. A small drag lift takes visitors up to the starting point on top of the small mountain. The mountain offers different gradients for different difficulty levels. Snowboarders and free skiers, who already have winter sports experience, can enjoy the fun park with jumps, kickers and sliders. But even beginners are more than welcome here as they can practice their skills at the ski and snowboard school. Good to know: Ski, snowboards, ski suits can all be rented for a day to very fair prices.

After skiing the Snowtropolis ski bar is providing for the physical well-being. Visitors have the perfect view of the ski slope through the 5 m high and 36 m wide glass front while enjoying a hot drink and snacks.

Also; a sauna in the Tyrolean Stadl is available for relaxing. Those who want to combine a short break in the Lausitz with skiing fun can spend the night in nearby holiday homes and try out the holiday resort's other winter leisure activities such as ice skating and bowling.

Although the skiing pleasure in Senftenberg cannot be compared with the wonderful mountain panoramas of Tyrol, Valais and Co., the Snowtropolis ski hall in Brandenburg is easier to reach and a nice alternative for all skiers and snowboarders, especially for a day tour.
