Modern design, cozy ambiance, relaxed atmosphere: that’s what the restaurant Le Faubourg is known and famous for – along with its location being next to the legendary Ku’damm. Their French cuisine combines haute cuisine standards with ideas of sustainability. Due to the moderate prices, menus are accessible to everyone. This is the reason because of their young and ambitious chef Lukas Hackenberg, who wants guests to feel at home when dining at Le Faubourg. He gained experience in fine dining at several first-class restaurants, such as the former 2-star restaurant Reinstoff, at Pots Berlin, and at the awarded restaurant Faelt. The menu at Le Faubourg changes seasonally and focuses on different dishes, featuring vegan and vegetarian creations as well as meat and fish dishes. In addition to the high-quality dinner menu, the restaurant offers a varying lunch menu on weekdays.
