The cosy brewery restaurants brews its beer in Moabit’s Brewbaker Brewery and serves fresh vegetarian/vegan dishes with it.
Whether you order Braufladen (a beer dough baked in the pan), consommé with spring vegetables or soy strips with parsley-polenta goujons, every creation gets served with a helping of freshdraff bread with herb salts and oil. The dough for the bread is made with the leftover barley malt grind used in brewing.
Worth mentioning for the Vaust are its vegan wines, without any gelatine or eggwhite and their brewing classes.
