If you like hot temperatures, try their Finnish sauna with 90° C, the bio sauna is somewhat lower in temperature with only 60° C. The stones are poured over with pure essential oils. Relax in the Ambilight Pool with underwater massages, the large resting areas or the newly-opened sauna garden. Trained massage therapists offer classical full body massages or only massages of individual body parts, refloxology, aroma therapy and hot stone massages. The pool offers additionally aqua-fitness courses, and baby swimming. The in-house restaurant offers light Mediterranean cuisine to finish off a perfect wellness day.
