Sisyphos

The open air club Sisyphos on Rummelsburg Bay is the meeting point for hipsters who are looking to get high on Peppermint Schnapps and party for days on end to electronic music.

Though the Sisyphos also has indoor floors and a massive “Function One“ premium sound system, which is also used to blast the speakers at Berghain, this Electro club really shows its charme in summer.

This has to do with the large outside area between the ruins of a derelict factory for dog biscuits. Dancing barefoot on the sand with bunting over your head, a small pond with a wooden platform is the main attraction. The Sisyphos is particularly well frequented on weekends, since you can party with one ticket from Friday to Saturday and even enjoy the after hour there.

Two negative points of the place should be mentioned for the sake of complete information: It can take a long time waiting to get in (it’s quite tough to make it past the door) and their unisex restrooms are really grimey.
